![VIDEO FEATURE – Jenna Kellen: Art model, nude model, and dancer shares the naked truth about her modeling career. Also featuring images by Donna Feldman Lasky and Shoot Bare Photography. [youtube id="B94ELEuua14" width="620" height="360"] Jenna Kellen is an unbridled spirit, with a passion for creativity. She relates to life as a blank canvas, for her to color with all kinds of unique expressive gestures. While some artists simply enjoy the creative process, Kellen craves it like a primal hunger. For her, artistic self expression is impossible to suppress. Looking at Kellen's artistic nude images, one gets the impression that she is fully engaged and self assured. Her unique physicality is beautifully highlighted by theatrical poses and her cat-like body language. All these elements come together as remarkable works of art. If you are a connoisseur of human beauty, Kellen's artistic images have the power to take you deep into a state of appreciation and wonder. If you have not yet learned how to savor images of the nude human body as works of art, we invite you to spend some time with her portfolio. Her wild poses, bold personality and highly articulated anatomy, are likely to transform you into a very particular kind of art lover. 1. What is beauty? I think of beauty as a feeling rather than a type of physical appearance. Anything that inspires strong emotions can be a beautiful thing, sometimes in unexpected ways. Often, after a heartbreaking movie, my sniffling teary-eyed friends and I will agree, "That was beautiful!" Joy can be beautiful, pain can be beautiful, even people who are ugly by society's standards can be beautiful. It's all in the interpretation. 2. You mention music, painting and dancing as creative passions. What is it you love so much about expressing yourself and being creative? What does it feel like for you to be inspired? I need to create. I feel that my ability to come up with original ideas, invent concepts, and create art is what makes me human. We are the only species that makes art for the sole purpose of making art. To me, being inspired is like being thirsty, or having an itch. It's a basic instinct that comes out on its own. 3. What do you want people to experience when they look at your work? I want my images to get stuck in peoples' heads because what they saw made them think, or made them feel something. I think all models like it when people think they look beautiful, but that's not necessarily my goal. I have pretty pictures of myself on Facebook. I want my art to be provocative! 4. At Model Society we love seeing people shine in all different ways. I read in your profile that you think of yourself as "strange"... it seemed like something you are proud of. Could you tell us about how you are "strange" and what that's like for you? I certainly do pride myself on being different and eccentric. I feel that I've emancipated myself from what is appropriate, expected, and accepted. I wear what I feel comfortable in, I speak my mind, and I do what makes me happy. That seems pretty normal to me, but I guess other people think that makes me strange, so I've embraced the title. 5. If you had unlimited resources and could spend a whole month or even a year working on the ultimate creative project, what would you do and how would you do it? I would hole up in a cabin in the woods with some wine, a fire, and a few good friends. I would fill that cabin with every creative medium I could think of and do everything! I would paint, draw, sculpt, play my piano, make jewelry, design clothes, build furniture, sing, dance... whatever I could come up with! In order to make money from my artistic ventures, I have to focus all my time and energy on one specific area, i.e. modeling. If I didn't need the money, I would just make art all day every day, even if I was no good at it! Jenna Kellen enjoys being naked, playing piano, painting, dancing, alternative fashion, the macabre, and awesome inventive ideas. Since she turned 18, she has been modeling and dancing for 3 years. She turned her art modeling into a full-time career in June 2012. See more of the Jenna Kellen artistic nude portfolio right here at Model Society.
