I had always been attracted to capturing the human body in its most raw and true form. I began shooting models during a dark time. I was working nights with no social life, feeling disconnected from loved ones. I felt sad, mad, hurt and alone. It felt like a dream that I couldn’t wake up from. photography became an outlet to cope and express my feelings.

My best friend, became my model and my muse. We shared passionate views about the human form and built a strong bond through the art that we created together. When we are nude, we are no longer hidden by the barriers of clothing. It’s absolutely revealing of true emotion and feeling. Creating nude images is pure freedom of expression.

As an artist, I have learned there are many emotions that people tend to keep hidden. I like to encourage models to be expressive and accepting of their feelings and their body. When someone looks through my work, I want them to see more than just a person who’s naked. I want them to see and feel the emotion that is projected by the image, and realize there is a story being told.

In every new collaboration, there is an art to helping a model feel comfortable. It requires trust and acceptance for them to let their guard down. It is a gift to reveal a vulnerable honest side that would otherwise remain hidden. It’s an honor helping a person feel beautiful through the images that we create.

It’s so clear and simple that beauty lives in all different shapes, sizes, colors and genders. Beauty is always evolving, and it walks so many different paths. It my great passion and love to capture as many individuals as possible. I want to show the world that there is nothing shameful or negative about the human form.
